Miro Whiteboards

Miro is integrated directly into Seshboard, making it easy for you and your participants to collaborate on a shared whiteboard during your sessions.

Starting Miro and Choosing your Miro Board

To start Miro, click the "Miro" button in the toolbar at the bottom of the screen to open the Miro menu.

To choose your Miro board, click the "Choose a Miro board" button in the Miro menu. This will open a new window giving you the option to either create a new board, or select one of the boards you've created previously.

If you are not already signed into Miro on the device you are using, you will be asked to sign into Miro via this window.

These steps are shown below:

Working with the Miro board

When you are ready to begin working on your Miro board, click the "Start" button in the Miro menu. The Miro board will then open up for you and your participants:

Stopping Miro

To stop Miro, click the "Stop" button at the bottom right hand corner of the Miro board.

Exporting, Duplicating and Deleting Miro Boards

To manage your Miro boards, you will need to sign in to your Miro dashboard at https://miro.com using the same Miro account that you use during your Seshboard sessions. Exporting, duplicating and deleting your previously created boards can only be done via your Miro dashboard at https://miro.com, not through the Miro integration on Seshboard.

Deleting and Duplicating Boards

To delete an old Miro board, sign in to your Miro dashboard at https://miro.com, click the three-dot menu for the board you'd like to delete, and select "Delete" from the drop-down menu:

To duplicate the board, select "Duplicate" from the drop-down menu instead.

Exporting Boards

To export a Miro board, sign in to your Miro dashboard at https://miro.com and open the board you'd like to export. Once the board has opened, click the "Export this board" button in the top left hand corner of the screen, and select whether you'd like to save the board as an image, PDF, or template. Miro may prompt you to create a "frame" on your board if you have not done so previously:
